Super market trip

Super market trip

Hi bloggers, on 23rd October we went to the super market  to learn how much energy and other stuff is in foods.  When we went there the lady who taught us all of this stuff was waiting there for us then she gave us a peace of paper  and it said, Energy, Fat total, Sugar, Fibre, and sodium, so on our list the first thing we had was Breakfast and cereals so we went to the breakfast lane. so what we had to do was we had to find a something that we would have everyday and something that we would have sometimes, for example if I had coco pops everyday then that wouldn't be really good for you, but if I had Weetbix or porridge then that would of been a good cereal for you the we did the same with the Bread we had to find stuff it had it, and with the muesli bars, snack food's, but when it came to the milk and dairy products the teachers said we had to pick the stuff that we mostly liked in that section and mostly everybody did Ice cream and it only had 25.8 g of sugar in it and I chose groovy gumdrops then we all did the last task was called a rainbow of colour, so what we had to do was we had to do was, to find all fruit and veges their colour and for the green I got 17 and for the red I got 10 and there were other colours too like orange, yellow, white, purple/blue, and brown
